respected sir/madam ,
i have been duped by realme , i bought 35000₹ worth phone from them realmex2 pro and within 2 days it started causing problems i went to the company service center for the same , it was proved the phone was faulty and i was advised to opt for refund since company made it clear no questions asked refund within 7 days , i was asked to ship the seal product to the company with both headphones and mobile phone in sealed box given by them and after repeated calls to them pickup was done and they promised me refund within 5 days . Once reciveing the product they stopped responding and never issued any refund infact no one was concern or bothered to respond .. i have been literally harassed by them by giving lame excuses that they r looking in to the matter and nothing is happening.. here is the proof i am attaching along infact one guy yesterday asked me not to approach consumer court it will be sorted, please help me and kindly do the needful . These guys are frauds. Help please
