Hi, My name is GOURAV KUMAR VERMA. I have bought “Realme buds Q” from “Realme Store” app. Order ID is:154454927172051968. Product Name: “realme Buds Q (Quite Black)”. Product Description: “6941399014756 – realme Buds
Q (Quite Black)”. HSN/SAC
Code: “85183000”. They delivered me a Defective product. When I want to Replace this item then Replace or Return option is not showing on “Realme Store” app. I am trying to call Realme Service Center but there number is switch off, Realme Service Center is Closed, Realme Customer Care is answering my call and They not Replying on my emails. They cheat me. They not mention anywhere that Realme cannot Replace defective products. Please help me.
