Sir i buy new phone from flipkart on 8 july 2022 on same day i got some overheating problem in mobile charger and mobile. On 9 july i put mobile on replacement . On 10 july i talk to flipkart executive they said soon we are resolve your problem. But when I call to flipkart executive they didn’t received my call. They call me they only say some time we take some time due to some formality of replacement. They fixed technician visit on 16 july but they send technician on 17 july after then they say we cannot replace your mobile you cross 7 days return policy. Sir you told me whose flaut my or flipkart executive. Without technician visit they doesn’t exchange my phone.
