I Place an order of Realme C12 mobile on 29th Nov from Flipkart with payment mode EMI but I rec’d different model which was Realme C11 on 30th Nov.
Then same day I raised issue for replacement but on 3rd dec they reject my issue due to they didn’t rec’d my I’d but many time I told them that I uploded the I’d but may be some technical issue from your hand it will not received by you. After that Again I raised replacement ticket on 3rd Dec and seller approve my replacement and confirm me that they will replaced my product till 10th Dec.
On 9th Dec I rec’d msg, msg was your order is out for delivery and it will provide you today. Then I called to wish master for asking the status of my delivery and he said that he will come around at 4:00 to 4:30 evening but till the evening wish master did not call me then I tried to call him many times but he didn’t answer my call.
After that in the evening on 7:49pm I got a msg of delivery failed.
From 30 Nov to till today I was just trying and waiting for my replacement but nothing in my favor.
Whenever I talked from Flipkart customer executive they just said that we are escalating your issue with high preference and we are sorry, we will resolve your issue ASAP.
