Hello, I had bought Realme buds air 2 some time ago, in which the left side buds were found damaged in the new pack, and when I went to my nearest realme service center Lajpat New Delhi to claim the warranty, they refused to claim the warranty, Telling some light scratches on the case as dark scratches that you buy a new case, after that we will give permission to claim warranty.
