Respected sir

I had bought a new phone as realme 7 from Flipkart and taken a Flipkart one year complete protection plan from Jeev’s on Flipkart app.

Protection plan covers liquid and accidental damage of smartphone.

I had registered a claim on 15 june as CLCML15062100287 for my realme 7 mobile but my images were not verified by Jeev’s executive team and my claim was cancelled on 18 june.  During this period I sent images them for multiple time and tried to communicate them for so many times via mails.
After that I contacted to Flipkart and they assured me that we are escalating the issue and you call again to Jeev’s.
After that again I contacted to Jeev’s and this time my claim was registered again on 19th June as CLCMK19062100433 and I sent those same images to them and this time they verified images and I got the payment link.
I had done the payment of 1500/- rs on 19 June . Whether according to the terms and conditions it is mentioned that if mobile cost 10000-20000 price then one time processing fee will be 1000 rs. But Jeev’s charged 1500 rs.
Now from that day I didn’t get any update from Jeev’s side and no appointment taken from me by any of service provider
So I request you to provide me resolution for my claim CLCMK19062100433.
It’s already been one month as on today 15-07-2021 to my claim process and there is no action taken from Jeev’s or Flipkart side.
 I am a Flipkart Plus Costomer
I would like to request you that without mobile I m suffering from stress and mental agony from last one month as I m unable to use my smartphone and spending daily about 1-2 hours on call with Flipkart and Jeev’s executives.
according to the policy promising time that is 15 days to provide proper resolution which had  been over.
They didn’t make an effort to pickup mobile whether I was available for pickup
So I expect you that you provide me The Refund amount according to the policy or The replacement of same smartphone along with compensation amount as per rules as I m unable to use mobile for official or personal use.
  • Now I want from honorable court to punish Flipkart to provide me  mobile purchasing amount with Flipkart one year complete protection plan of 499 as a sum of 17498/- rupees along with Jeev’s one time processing fee 1500/- which I had paid. And also provide compensation amount of about 10000/- as I m facing issues from last one month
