I booked a realme 43 iech tv, by flipkart on sep 2020, for 20 thousand rupees,&it was delivered on 22-10-2020.within 9 months the tv display was gone, since my tv warrenty period was there, i contacted custmer care for replacement of ny tv. They took all the complaint from my side &service centre person. Regarding this issue they reapetdly said your your requestation had been approved& as a compensation we will provide u a relme ear pod after receving the new replacement tv, until they asked me to wait i have been calling &waiting for nearly 4 months, by march 2021 i received a call that my new product has come, you bring the repaired tv &take the new tv on replacment, hence i took my tv &docs to the mentioned service centre , the verified my invoice bill & opened the new box,were i was shoked.that only display board has come.i contacted custmer care again &no proper responce,finally of no other go thex only changed tie display board and gave me the tv.without extending any warrenty or guarnty. Thus the same tv got repaire on 13-02-2023 with same old issue, immediately i called up to customer care ®istered a complaint,were they sent a mechaniic aeter 24 hrs, he checked& took a photo of tv displax details and said it would cost 80percent of tv cost & instead u could buy a new tv.& nothing else could be done. the company has given me a refurbished tv,i had so much trust on realme brand,but i was totaly cheated.,kindly take legal action &favour me by replacement or settlement on compensation.thanking you, s.muralidharan
