I had a bought a TV on 14 feb 2021 from Flipkart. During installation i had bought extended service from jeeves. A few days back the Screen of LED tv got white. I registered a complaint with jeeves for repair and i was told to wait for 72 hrs for technician visit. There’s was not any technician visit happened even after 72 hrs. I again called consumer support from jeeves and i was told to wait for another 48 hrs.
Recently during search on the internet i got to know that flipkart with jeeves are making fool of consumers by selling extended warranty and not providing services when required.
Kindly look into the matter and do the needful.
