My name is bhanu Sharma and I’m from Shimla
I’m facing netwrok problem form last 1 ,2 months , firstly they removed direct customer communication from they helpline number .
They just told you to do a complaint on airtel thanks app .
And after that no one is there to response of your complaint
Your complaint is already done by you and we’ll work on it
I have 2 Airtel connection and on both there is network problem
Why we’re paying money to them
This is not the right way to deal with your customers ,they have to do something about there network . Go and check the network problem nobody has time to do complaint after really busy working day . Everybody is ignoring there network problem because they think there is problem on server it’ll work .
I’ve left with 50% of my daily data and my network is not able to open and load on any app .
This is the complaint about network and don’t fool customers.
This is not a good way to deal with them .
Make sure it’ll work for them and us also .
We’re paying money to use internet services .
So my kind request to you that please fix it .
I’ll be really thankful to you it’s my humble request to you
