I Listed my property for rent on 99 acres, this guy connected with me and agreed to take on rent. Reason cited is transfer from Ahmedabad to Delhi. He said that deposit money will be transferred from Government and there is some different practice as the amount of security deposit for one month will be born by CISF. He informed me that currently he is travelling and he will be reaching his office in next 15 mins, meanwhile I was able to verify his documents online, he forwarded his family photo which was fraud as the person seen there wore Indian Army uniform whereas he claimed to be a CISF person posted in Ahmedabad, and on further searching with this Aadhar number i came across one complaint already existing and avoided any loss by not interacting any further. This person looks to be a fraud and people should avoid dealing with him
It is primarily because I could find similar complaints on the net about the same person and avoided dealing with him
