M/s Uppal Chadha Hi-Tech Developers Pvt Ltd.M-4, South extension Part_ii New Delhi-110049, the promoter of Wave city NH 24 Ghaziabd has cheated the residents.
Though possession of flat has been given way back, no RWS has been formed
Builder has charged Rs. 75000/- on account of Social club but till date it is not ready.
Builder has used sub standard material as a result of which flats have got severe damages due to dampness and termite.
