Real data solutions gave a data entry work and i finished on tym but they demanding me reverse pay to them

I have terminated my application of real data solutions before assinging the work…..but they are asking me to pay 4200 rupees now….this totally illegal…..

yes, sir, they have msg me the same I have done half of the work but I hadn’t get sufficient time so I requested them to extend but they email me after one day and now one of his advocates mail me that I will be given section 45 what should I do …they are the threatening me by the mails.please help me and I don’t have that much of amount..

the real data solution has given me a task to complete in 6 days and its my 3rd working day , there is no server, and there is no response from them , I made many calls to them from different numbers, i just sended my adhaar , is any problem and i kept a feak sign on online document which sended my real data solutions, i think they will call soon for money,,
Yes….they are frauds….just block their numbers and ignore them

For also real data solutions sent the email today. That they are telling me pay 4200rs otherwise we will send legal notice to your address mentioned in the aadher. I don’t know what to do now. They warning me to pay money. I am student, please help me.

They had not instructed me completely, but I have done same as they have instructed me to complete 800 sentences in 6 days. Now they are threatening me to pay 4,200/- or else they will case a file in court, then threatening me to pay nearly 40,000/- in Court. I’m a student. How should I face this issue? From 14th September I have Osmania University semester exams. I’m not able to concentrate on exams due to this tension.

yeah same here. It’s my fourth day of working and I came across this just now. Ill complete the work before deadline and send it to them, but if they bother me like they have all of you, then what do I do ? We can ignore them if it’s a fake company right?

I just got legal notice that under section 74,75,76 of Indian contract act that I have to pay compensation more than 4500 …..I don’t have any idea what to do or not…!

Hey, Meghana, same thing happened to me, I blocked them on my phone and sent them an email as reply to the legal notice they sent me on mail. They haven’t bothered me since. It’s a fake company I can assure you. Ill forward you the mail I sen them if you give me your mail address, only if you need help of course.
