I am using airtel broadband connection from last 8 years approx but never face any service related issue and always recommend people to opt airtel instead of any other network. But from last 2-3 months I am facing issue in payment of bill. I always use cheque mode for payment. In the month of Oct ,19 Rs 2000/- paid by me thru cheque but unfortunately cheque was dishonored with reason “CUTTING OR ALTERNATION ON CHEQUE” but till date cheque not given back your department to me.Next time on 28-11-2019 your collection department representative came to my home again my father gave him cheque of Rs.2000/- but till date cheque was not presented in my airtel account and still connection not activated,
Today when I called customer care to know about the status of my cheque why not lodged then Mr Asif Hussain your representative said to me we are not having record your cheque and ask me to visit your bank to know the status of cheque. But my question is if I gave cheque to your collection department employee how you don’t have any record why your representative not deposit cheque. How my bank knows where is cheque if your employee did not lodged in my account.
From last 2-3 months connection was not working this type of service never expect from airtel.
Look into the matter otherwise disconnect the connection.
