Usually, our EB consumption reading is taken between 7th and 9th of every alternative months. But this month till 14th sep’22 it was not taken. At the same time govt.’s increased rate is effective from 10th Sep’22 onwards. As the people delayed to take reading, we are compelled to pay revised money for the consumption happened before the order date.
Would like to complaint their neglegance and request you to take the correct reading before the revised order.
