I am using sbi credit card .Last 19jan 23 my card was blocked due to security reasons..So many times I have called customer care but they don’t provide solutions they just send next complain number…So many times I have mailed principal nodal officer..customer care service still no solutions…If I want to close my account they even could not connect senior…28mar23 is financial closing of my card and the amount is 3500 and 16500 reward points left in my card.
