With due respect I,Sasmita Rath having Airtel mobile no 8976279001 want to highlight the issue I faced in airtel gallery at dombivali west gallery.
since last couple of days my working SIM got disconnected and my cell phone was showing error was “SIM Card Invalid” so yesterday(25-Dec-2019) I visited dombivali West store to know the reason for the same,however the staff attended was not able to find out the reason for the same and suggested to take a new SIM with payment of INR25/- ( I got penalized for your technical error).

post all formalities,Ms Deepali assured me that the new SIM will be activated in 6 hours but unfortunately the same didn’t happened and I went to store in the evening and get to know that my request is in parking and again I got an assurance that the SIM will be activated in few hours but the same not happened till yet.
Again today morning I took leave from office and again visited the store and the staff is again repeating the assurance.
This is not acceptable to me as a costumer.
