My fixed line was disconnected the due to delay in payment, I contacted the call centre on spoke to the executive who asked me to make the payment, the which i did online on 23rd Feb i thought since the payment is made it will be activated on enqaring again i was told that I had to make the payment in there airtel shop and the money paid will be reversed since the line is expired . I checked with call center again, iwas told that the payment is accepted and you need to send a mail from your registered email for activation the which i did on 9th March and have send three reminders also, but there is no acknowledgement and no complaint nos provided , I am now fed up with the services of airtel the. If I need a new connection i will get it from airtel in one hour, but to reactivate it takes 5 working days. The they are now simply harassing customers.
