Hello sir/Mam,
I did recharge my number 9958431584 on 17-05-2020 worth 98 rs to get the additional data balance of 12GB that get include in the existing plan as I got message from Airtel as an offer.
But till now I have not received any data .
I tried to call customer service on 121, 198 also email them and tried to raise issue using Airtel thanks app but no where any options for raising the issue.
