Hi,
I had paid the recharge amount for my videocon d2h connection as per the details below,
Customer ID: 91334321
Date of payment : 23/03/2021
Mode of payment: credit card
Bank: HDFC
Transaction ID: VT2108840074012400000114
Amount: ₹2394
But the amount is still not reflected in my d2h account. I am not able to view any channels. I have tried to resolve the issue with the Videocon d2h team but they are trying to pass on, asking for the screen shot of the payment . But no where it’s mentioned I need to save the screen shot, also I have shared the confirmation mail from my bank, regarding the successful payment transaction. Still the Videocon d2h team is not responding to the repeated mails sent.
kindly look into this issue and help me with the same.
