I am hospitalised in october month my health not good also my newborn baby no more heart beat stop at cloud nine hospital please waive all penalties, you can chk my status.
I AM NOT IN GOOD CONDITION, PLEASE WAIVER ALL PENALITIES, I AGREE TO PAY only principal amount. I am not able to understand the ledger account statement and request a clear understanding of the calculations.
I would further like to emphasize the fact that including myself,
I have lost all faith in the paytm team hence writing and requesting your kind intervention into this matter and help me with a resolution
I would request paytm to arrange an online call of a professional officer with my husband 9654288940 to whom he can speak and understand all the calculations and then move ahead with the clear of the loan without further delay.

This is in reference to my overdue on my Paytm. but I could not pay the amount and stated below is the reason
I was paying all the medical bills and clearing all bills of cloud nine which was a high priority for me to keep the medication going for my father but god seems to have other plans.
