Hi,
This is Someshwar. I am writing this to you regarding my blocked bank account.
My ‘Paytm payment bank’ account has been blocked by paytm for more than 50 days. After blocking my account they have sent me a text message to notify me that my account has been blocked, and I have to contact paytm customer care service for unblocking my account.
After that I have contacted customer service. Customer service asked to provide them KYC documents(image of KYC documents). They have also asked me for bank account statement(as a proof). I have sent them all the required documents via facebook(paytm’s facebook page), and also via paytm app.
Now problem arises here…
“Paytm payment bank” used to send monthly bank account statement to its customer. Paytm has also sent me the monthly bank account statement.
Unfortunately, “Paytm payment bank” sent me wrong bank account statement. And in that bank account statement some transctions were missing.
Well, I sent this bank statement to paytm as proof.
Now paytm is thinking that I am fraud(because I have sent incorrect bank satement to them.)
Now you tell me!
How can I sent them correct bank satement!
Latter I have asked paytm to send me correct bank statement to me(via my paytm registered email address), so that I will share it with customer service. But they haven’t sent it

This problem has just arrised only due ‘incorrect bank statement’ sent by paytm.
My account has been blocked… & without your help it will be blocked for very long time.
Therefore, Please help me.
