Dear sir/ madam,
I, J Phanindra Kumar, Advocate, Hyderabad do hereby bring to your kind notice that I’ve been making numerous complaints regarding poor signals at our area. Pin code 500070. The executives of Airtel are making false promises that the same will be resolved in 8 to 9 working days and further Airtel supervisors and back end team will call me with in 24 hours. Till now it’s been 80 days none of the Airtel team has cared about the customer and I’ve been regularly paying my Bill’s. Therefore I request you to take appropriate action against Airtel Service Provide and take appropriate action against them. Further I have been paying all the payments on or before due date. Also I’ve made so many complaints but the same are either deleted from their system or not yet registered.. As of date 6 complaints are pending since 16.10.2020.
Request you to take appropriate action against Airtel and provide me justice.
