I was using jiofiber since its launch 2019. I recently shifted t other place and raised the re-location request for jiofibre. since then struggling to get the installation get completed. everyday I call the customer care but they give same reply. wiring has happened but the technician says get new connection ill not start this connection as he will not have any benefit . he said openly and up-frontly that we don’t get benefit from relocation connection. is it some kind of joke …they are openly troubling people and not installing . it seems JIO has given instruction to do so increase the number on paper to show fake customer using JIO.
