so what happen is we called them on 13th april 2019 and told then to relocate our tv dish to a new location on 16th april 2019 so they accepted the request and as per the agreement they de-installed the dish on 16th april 2019 and as per there services in past they come on the same day and re-install it but surprisingly no one called regarding the same so we decided to call them on 17th to find out what happened and to our surprise they called us to take a feedback and we told them that the service is incomplete to which they told they ll complete it soon and then we received a message that it will be done on 18th april 2019 between 1pm to 2:30pm but they didn’t turn up on 18th and then we received a msg on 18th april 2019 that they will complete it on 19th april 2019 by 3:45pm to 5:15pm and after that on 19th April 2019 (today) we received a message stating that we will be called within 2hrs at 9:14am to which we didn’t receive a call and instead we received a message which had rescheduled our appointment to 5:40pm to 7:10pm to which we called them around 11:30am and we told them that we haven’t rescheduled these appointments and why are we supposed to go according to the company when we have been adjusting this since 3 days the company has been rescheduling the appointments on its own without our knowledge and we also asked them why all this happened they had no answers to this so we request you to take strict actions over this
