Database Pvt Ltd company had made an agreement with me for data entry job from home. I have started log in at 17.00 Hrs of 31st August’21. Today after doing sometime at around 11 HRS. (4th Sep’21) suddenly the system shows “Your QC report is under review”. I have called your person regarding the same. They have checked and after wards some body called me that my job accuracy is 98% but log-in log out issue I have to pay Rs.3999/- failing which they will be drag me to court and Rs. 25000/- fine. Sir, I am a professional working in a multinational company since last 25 years. Log-in log-out issue not anybody’s hand. It is a technical issue. After doing 98% accuracy level of job the output is like this. From your web page it could be very much assessed that you are a good IT company. But dealing with professional like this land up your organization not in a good position.Why your people giving me threat for money for log-in log out issue which is not totally in anybody’s hand as per as network and other technical issue is concerned.Please advice me at the earliest.
