I have registered a complaint regarding this claim rejection of my mobile via Airtel Secure team via Interaction Id: 31-2521249810750 & Service Request Num: 4769057.
I just wanted to know what is the claim rejection procedure, How can you reject the claim without even checking the phone? No body has given me a call regarding this neither no one has checked the phone. This is highly unprofessional behavior of you airtel guys.
What is the use of taking the insurance from you at the time of new plans if one cannot get the benefit from this.
Now I have been trying to reach the Airtel executives on cust care number and I have visited the stores as well but there is no resolution.
Waiting towards your positive response for this and a proper resolution. Please help in resolving this.
