Sir/Madam,

This is a complaint regarding one of your Airtel Store Located in Pimpri Chinchwad area.

Actually, I had filed an appeal for converting two of my co-operate numbers into prepaid due to some unavoidable financial circumstances. I had submitted all the required documents in the store on the 11th of July 2020. It’s now been more than 10 working days that they haven’t processed my request. Also when I try calling them, they lift the phone, when I ask them about the status, they either disconnect the phone or they tell me that the conversion will happen till the evening. Their “evening” has never come.
When I try reconnecting the phone to them, they deliberately reject the call. This is very embarrassing. This also gets very frustrating as well. This hampers mental health too.
I was going to file a complaint in the consumer forum, but thought that talking to you would be a better idea for the Reputation of Airtel.
And also, social media is always ready to pick-up some issues like these to lower your brand value including your competitors.
If I don’t get the issue resolved by you, I would be forced to move to the consumer forum and they will surely take the necessary actions to handle the situation.
