(Re: Complaint about Non Payment of Salaries as per AICTE Norms & irregularities in Salaries,No other Benefits)
Dear Sir,
We are the Faculties from EEE Dept of Nawab Shah Alam Khan College of Engineering and Technology writing this letter after much deliberation & pain to bring to your kind notice the matter to Salaries to your attention. Our College is not paying us the Salaries on time,we are paid with a salaries very much lesser than AICTE Norms,we are force to work in the salaries range of 5k to 10k for Assistant Professor, 10k to 15k for Associate Professor & 15k to 20k Salaries range for Professors,we get Salaries once in 6 month that too only a month by severely deduction the amount.We complaint to Collect Principal many a time but he scoulded us & threatens to terminate from the services if again we ask for Salaries.Principal of this College forces the Faculties to do much of the administrative work like NBA,NAAC rather focusing on teaching, this leads to degrade the Quality of Education.Due to excessive administrative we are unable to concerned on

We complaint this issue to Principal many a time but he didn’t take any action,despite he scoulded us & threatens to terminate from the job if again we ask for Salaries.Principal of this College forces the Faculties to do much of the administrative work like NBA,NAAC rather focusing on teaching & labs, this leads to degrading the Quality of Education.Due to excessive administrative we are unable to concerned on our teaching this leads to poor grades of Students
.Its effecting alot to students.
We thus request you sir to look in the matter of our Salaries,workload & encourage our College Management,
Principal to focus to education rather wasting time on NAAC,NBA.
We shall be very much greatful to you sir if you take a strict action was taken on the College Management,Principal for not paying us the Salaries on time & degrading the quality of education by putting excessive administrative works,NBA,NAAC Work.
