Respected members, i wish to re- activate my Airtel number which was deactivated by Airtel for no reason. As i was traveling out of India i had put the number in safe custody. however for no reason it was deactivated. when i contacted then they apologised for the same however they want me to come personally and activate it in the karnataka circle. I have written numerous mails informing them about my inability to be physically present as im not in india. They refuse to budge. Please help me to activate the same. i have offered them to visit the High commission over here and give a letter as well that im the holder of the number but of no use. airtel does not want to listen. Im unabble to do my banking or any such things for more than a year as the number is not functional. kindly help.
