I am holding a current account in bank in sole proprietorship, where individuals pan card is attached. I have been operating this account for more than 3 years in Bharat pe and more than 10 years in banks. Now they are insisting on business pan card to withdraw my money. I have a trade name in current account. How can I get a business pan card when it’s a sole proprietorship based account. The bank manager has also issued a letter stating the same but till Bharat pe is not resolving my issue. Nodal officer is sending only auto generated mails. No senior authority to answer and no other number other customer care number is available on website.
Please help me
I am also facing the same problem with Bharatpe…their customer care team is hopeless they dont understand this issue…i have a chat record in writing where they clearly say that its their own policy and not the NPCI guideline.
