Hi.. We have been cheated by RCI International Club Timeshare company based in Noida. We had been to Goa in Sept end last year while walking down the street some guys approached stating there is 5th anniversary and presentation to attend for 45- 1 hour you will then receive the gift after the presentation..when we went their the presentation was in basement where mobile network was very poor. In that presentation they said so many lucrative offer when we buy the holiday as special deal. Also mention if within 45 days you decide to cancel the membership without utilisation any days the entire amount will be refunded. After convincing us they first took.our credit card to swipe the amount and then got the agreement to sign and said this is standard agreement hence when you get welcome letter all the details will be given. After we left in couple of days when we again encountered another guy asking to come to different hotel for presentation we were already in doubt about this company and when went there saw they were giving much more false promises to take the membership again less price then the price we spent. We went back to the previous place where we had taken the membership and gave the cancellation letter which was accepted by their sales person and stamped the letter received( I have the image of that letter with stamp). Ensured will get refund in 15-20 days. Later we also saw few complaint felt the company wasn’t genuine and the intention is to scam people in all the tourist spots. I have been sending several emails for refund which the company is denying it.. not as seen people experience they don’t have any tiedup with the 4-5 star hotels i would say not the basic hotel just playing a fraudulent act to trap people with their hard earned money… Request your intervention on this and help us get back our money. Any documents required pls let me know shall provide.
