I just received a msg that my outgoing call has been stopped and I need to recharge with rc35. What happened to the lifetime validity that was promised.
This is a very bad idea forcing us to pay 35 every month on month.
I feel like Airtel doesn’t wants it customer to come back.
Or if this is a scheme to get people by force I am afraid they will loose everything.
They are doing a clear cheating and concern authority should take appropriate actions against this.
