I bought a Maruti Suzuki Vitara Brezza on April 2022 but I have not received the vehicle registration certificate till March 2023. On asking, the dealer (Saikia Auto Dealer Lakhimpur Assam) tell that they have done all the necessary action and throw the blame to RTO. RTO Biswanath Chariali (AS32) has asked us to apply for duplicate RC but without my fault. No one is willing to resolve the issue. Can you please suggest us what should I do?
