I have purchased second hand bike & submitted paper for my bike transfer on 15/07/2021 through agent which is transfer on my name on 04/08/2021 but RC Book still not received on there web site its shows its dispatched but dispatched details are not available so i personal go to RTO -Virar office on Oct 21 for RC Book but they didn’t give me & they told me wait for 7 days we will dispatched you we have RC book so we dispatched but till date they did not dispatched. Please look in to this matter i have paid all fees related this then why i can not received my RC Book this is trick of take extra money for making harassment to people Please look in to this matter & take action against them
