RBL blocked my card permanently without providing any reason. I got this card 3 months back and paid 3000 joining fees. All my payments have been on time. On call their customer care says the block is due to internal policy and does not explain the reason. I have written multiple mails but have not received any reply. I need a rectification from the bank. I need them to reactivate my card as I am in Australia and this was a payment method I was depending upon. Least they can do is refund the annual fees because of the nuisance they have caused.
