My name is Deepanshu saxena I use your credit card from rbl in 2021 due to carona I lost our business. Sir we trying to improve our self but till we are not gating it we just try to pay bank dues but we have single child in our home I can’t afford full payment to bank so many time I will told you recovery agent regarding our matter but they forced me to pay full payment and call me again and again and The recovery agents are threatening my colleagues , friends and family members and even my Office Staff .They have been calling continuously from different numbers and abusing very badly. I don’t understand how are they getting access to all these phone numbers and does the law permit them to do so. Please help me in this situation since I also have recordings of their calls if bank can’t help us I can case you again harassment me and my family
