My name is princy kulshreshtha , my elder brother deepanshu kulshreshtha use your credit card from rbl in 2021 due to carona he lost his job. Sir we trying to improve our self but till we are not getting it we just try to pay bank dues because me and family facing some financial issue. that all problem so many time my father and brother will told your recovery agent and they want some time but your recovery agent get my no. in my brother call list and calling me and used such a abusive language and they forced me to pay full payment and call me again and again and The recovery agents are threatening my colleagues , friends and family members f .They have been calling continuously from different numbers and abusing very badly. I don’t understand how are they getting access to all these phone numbers and does the law permit them to do so. Please help me in this situation since I also have recordings of their calls if bank can’t help us I can case you again harassment me and my family
