My name is amar Singh and I am a credit card holder with Baja finser Rbl credit card . I default on my payment due to loss of my job and asked RBL’s guy Rahul and Vishnu to help me settle this account as I do not have any money coming in and no jobs in the market due to Covid19. Rahul and Vishnu told me that he can not get this settle .And everyday I receive a call from Vishnu and rahul and their team and collection agency and they threaten me that we have details of your phonebook and we call them and tell them that you default on your payments. I told them I will this amount in Emi and I don’t have much amount please settle but they are saying we can’t do that . But they say that we don’t care about that, we just need payments. I told them that this is harassment and I will complaint about this to RBI and court and they said, you do whatever you want, we don’t care and all we need is just payment. Sir, I would request to please look into this as this is really frustrating and I am mentally harrased.
