Dear Team,
I want information about the insurance plan activated without informing me and my confirmation. I have full rights to know my details please note that.
Below is the conversation details with Nikita from the RBL bank insurance department:
Today (23-06-2021), Nikita from the RBL bank insurance department called me and had a discussion regarding this. This number which I got a call from the RBL bank insurance department is 022-68445874. she did not give me the answers to what I have asked for. She talked so rudely, even gave me unsatisfactory answers. She told me she can’t share the details even I have said that you please take my authentication what you need. I am ready to provide all the details but she said no I can’t share the information. Also, she said, we are not keeping records of one customer. she behave so rudely to me and finally she had disconnected my call.
I would like to request the team, please go through with the conversation recording and please take the action ASAP and also I want the information about how my insurance plan is activated. If I have given confirmation then provide me the details about the same, when I have given a confirmation with the date and time.
