I had taken a loan of ₹60,000/- in 2019 from my Bajaj Finserv super card which is powered by RBL bank . There even though pandemic happens and I had no income no amortization was given to me and I had to pay the minimum due . Each time customer care representative called me they verbally harassed me . I am a 56yr old woman who is heart pateint, I recently had a bypass . Now even after paying more than ₹72 ,000/- they want me to pay a sum total of ₹58,000/- . Which is unfair . Their customer care agents call me verbally harassed me and pressurise me to pay up . Please help ! They call me 50 times a day
