Text of Complaint by Mohd Tarique Khan:

Today i receive a call from rbl they were literally abusing and talking to my mom in very bad languageI have taken rbl credit card but because of covid i lost my job so thats why payment is not made but this is not the right way to talk or behave i need a apology because no one can talk to any customer with this abusive language
