I have already cleared my card amount in Dec 2021 and card was already closed in 2020. Now after 7 months, I am receiving calls and messages for paying amount for loan which I never requested. I called customer care and explain them still the collection department calling me and harassing me and not listening to me. Instead they are threatening me that my pay or my cibil will be impacted.
