I am Siyaram Vishwakarma, I didn’t apply RBL Credit Card, but I don’t know how they courier me RBL Credit Card name of mine in September 2017, I had used card 2-3 times and paid their payment on time, in 2018 I requested them to close my Credit Card Account I don’t want to use it but still they did not close my account, I had requested to close it 2019, 2020, 2021, 2022 but still active and they harass me for payment, now they told my pending dues above 1+ Lac without any use how this amount they charge after requested to close the account. Now I’m ready to pay 10k to 12k settlement amount but they force me to pay 40k+ payment as settlement amount. I am so much depressed because I don’t have any job after closing my business. Please help me to get sort out from this RBL Harassment.
