I WAS HAVING BAJAJ CREDIT CARD POWERED BY RBL BANK. I HAD USED JUST 2K IN YEAR 2019 AND AFTER TAT I HAD LOST MY CARD. I HAD VISITED BAJAJ FINACE MAPUSA GOA FOR PAYMENT BUT THER NO ONE WAS TAKING PAYMENT LATER CAME THE PENDEMIC I WAS UNABLE TO CONTACT RBL PERSON FOR MY PAYMENT
AS I LOST MY CARD I WAS UNABLE TO FATCH ANY DATA
I TRIED CALLING ONLINE CUSTOMER CARE BUT NO ONE RESPONDED AS THE ONLINE NUMBER WAS COMING WRONG
MY CONCERN IS TAT I GOT A CALL FROM RBL BANK RECOVERY PEOPLE SAYING TAT MY DUE WAS 12K BY SEP 2021
THEY TLD ME THEY WILL DO SATTLEMENT AND THEY DID AT 7K
I PAID ALL MY DUES OF 7K BUT STILL M NOT GETTING THE CLOSING LETTER
THE CONCERN PERSON WHO CALLED ME FOR SATTLEMENT IS RADHIKA I SHE EVEN BLOCKED ME ON WATSAP WEN I ASKED HER ABOUT SATTELMENT N CLOSING LETTER

Sir, I have called her (Radhika) she took the call. I asked whether she was Radhika she said yes. And i asked whether she is from RBL Credit Card Recovery Team she said “NO”. She is fake. Please don’t trust anyone who are communicating via phone calls. A bank never calls you. These are agent like frauds who collect money from you and they will just run in no minute. Becareful sir
These people are rowdy even in phone. I have a outstanding of 52K now and unable to pay the monthly bills due to financial problems. I have informed the bank in November 22 about it but bank also not providing me any reprieve. These collection and recovery people are behaving very bad, bad mouth, hopeless.
