I would like to bring to your notice the harassment
calls i receive from your team in spiteĀ of making payment.
The telecallers who calls are very unethical and makes sure theĀ customer loses their mind and abuses them.
From the time the call is received, they do not know how to speak to a customer without shouting at them.
After the moratorium period, i have noticed double interest charged on this card.
I have made payment even on the December 31 and it is not even 10 days am getting harassing calls, which
doesn’t seem right , When the callers call they don’t even tell their name and when asked the answer i get is “Why should tell my name ? ” if they cant tell their names why do they even call ?
I would want someone to look into this issue about the double interest charges
