Hi team, I would like to inform that I have a credit card of RBL bank with a limit of INR 73000, Due to COVID issue I lost my job and unable to pay complete amount, however I was paying minimum amount due but bank was adding interested continueasly. I sent several emails to the bank by stating my financial situation but didn’t get any help. During COVID-19 they reduce my card limit and started applying over due charges as well along with interest. I paid my times of minimum amount due but nothing happened, still outstanding amount is same. Since last few months I couldn’t pay any amount as I am short of money now. Bank recovery agent started harresing me. They call 50 to 100 times in a Day. They have even stolen my contact details and started harresing neighbor . They stared calling a women in my hometown and harrising her a lot. I talked to recovery agents and said I need time then I will get my card dues sattled but they don’t bother on my problem and continuaslly harresing the women from my hometown which is against the RBI guidelines. Please help me to get rid of this situation.
