This is with reference to My Credit Card Number 5243736710074340 # Name Pankaj Jain.
I called up RBL Credit Card customer care in June2019 for surrender the above said credit card, RBL executive advised me no need to surrender the card if I do not use / transaction with credit card, card automatically discontinue / expired.
So, from June 2019 I am not using the credit card (NIL Statement of June2019 month attached for your ready reference), July 2019 onwards credit card statement stopped by RBL Credit Card department.
Now on 23rd September 2020 I have received mail with Credit Card Statement from RBL Credit Card department pending amount Rs. 3,539.84 (attached).
Charges are as under
Annual Membership Fee for Rs. 3,000/-
Goods & Service Tax for Rs. 540/-
NOTE:- IF I AM NOT USING THE CREDIT CARD WHY I PAY ANY AMOUNT FOR MEMBERSHIP FEE ETC.
