I was Using RBL Credit card back in 2019. I have made a payment of 89999 Rupees on Nov 4 2019, after taking a preclosure request from Customer service agent.
I was thinking I am done with. Now from past 15 days, I am getting a call from them saying I have to pay 25k as a late Fee, Emi charges and all.
When I have paid full amount, there is no reason for me to convert this to EMI
And the beauty here is We cannot walk in to bank as they don’t deal with credit cards, We need to call customer service, we call customer service and escalate it, the records are not updated no matter 10 times , Escalations doesn’t help. Means customer is stuck that they have to make payment
At the end I tried sending Email also thinking to get some assistance, They are saying my email address is not registered. I sent an Email from the same account where I am receiving statements and payment request. so this is also gone . When i have not used a card for 2 years after clearing full amount, they say 25k,,means is there no one to address this bank
