I have a RBL card had been paying dues till septemener 2020 even though i was unemployed for 1 year and not able to find job during COVID. i am facing serious financial problem, i had told RBL bank about my stituation and asked them to give me easy installment plan on my outstandings. but the collection agents called Vijay khandagle and his senior telling me that there is no such option. from november 2020 i have been asking for restruture of my outstanding, but they are not providing and saying RBI has not given such provison to bank. i want to clear all outstanding but in easy payment option.
Please help me the collection agents are harassing me, they give threats..i am a heart patient, i too have level of patience. otherwise i dont have option to file compliant againt them.

Your recovery end calls in my office and tell them about. my loan and repeatedly call my office staff to make them speak for money And also come and speak in my street mohalla get money from joginder. Here in that also call my HR staff.
Your recovery agent speak to very abused put upside down direct massege too and give me very HARRASSEMENT.
Your recovery agent also call my HR in my office and disturb them too. for money if my HR remove me from job will I pay you? Without job.
Is my loss due to your recovery agent or remove me from job so do you agent that your bank will make my loss go every.
