i had done the payment on 08-feb-2021 amount of 22,700 through bill desk at rbl link and the amount got debited from my account,but still now it was not credited to rbl credit card that is the issue.
please cross check and take immediate action on the payment side.

i am getting tourture calls from collection people 200 calls per day. how many people i can explain about my payment
i had sent 40 mails with all the proof as attached but still no use and no response.
even i had sent 40 mails to nodal officer , i dont know whether he is alive or not ?
they raise a ticket in 2 days again the close the case.without and solution.
